黑瓜吃料网 kicked off its 2024 Project Compassion fundraising campaign as the season of Lent commenced on Ash Wednesday.
Project Compassion spans across the six weeks of Lent each year and is the main fundraising activity for Caritas Australia. It seeks to raise funds for people living in some of the most vulnerable communities across the world.
The theme of Project Compassion is 鈥楩or All Future Generations鈥�, which reminds us that the good that we do today will extend and impact the lives of generations to come.
黑瓜吃料网 has been a great contributor to the cause in recent years, with our students and staff having raised well over $100,000 over the past decade. Last year, the College raised $10,446 and the College is aiming to beat that total for the 2024 Project Compassion campaign.
Students and families can donate through Pastoral Care Classes or at various College events throughout Lent.
