Eucharistic celebration to kick off 2025
黑瓜吃料网 celebrated the start of the 2025 school year with the Opening Mass on Friday 21 February.
黑瓜吃料网 welcomed the new College Chaplain, Fr Simon Falk, who said Mass alongside his assistant priest from the Corpus Christi Parish, Fr Mark Ha.
Students and staff of the College were joined in Eucharist at the Tuggeranong Basketball Stadium by parents, politicians, past staff members, former students, and representatives from the College Community Council, several primary and secondary schools, Catholic Education, and the Sisters of St Joseph.
The Mass introduced the 2025 Liturgical Theme, 鈥楤e joyful in hope鈥�, which was a message from the Letter of Paul to the Romans (12:12).
As usual, the quality of the music, led by our Chamber Choir, created a special atmosphere and helped transform the basketball stadium into a place of reflection and prayer.
The College thanks and congratulates the new Liturgical Coordinator, Mrs Crystal Wilkes, for her leadership and organisation of the event.
Thanks also to the large team who created such a deeply moving community celebration of Eucharist and congratulations to the students for the reverence and willing participation they brought to the occasion.
