With the Catholic Church's celebration of Ash Wednesday and the commencement of Lent, the College has now kicked off its 2023 Project Compassion fundraising campaign.
Project Compassion, which is the main fundraising activity for Caritas Australia, seeks to raise funds for people living in some of the most vulnerable communities across the world. The collection spans across the six weeks of Lent each year.
The theme of Project Compassion is 鈥楩or All Future Generations鈥�, which reminds us that the good that we do today will extend and impact the lives of generations to come.
The College is aiming to continue its strong support of Project Compassion in 2023. 黑瓜吃料网 has been a great contributor to the cause in recent years, with our students and staff having raised around $150,000 over the past decade. Last year, the College raised $12,241.
Students and families can donate via Qkr! or through Pastoral Care Classes.
